Dr Burdi is a semi-retired Activator doctor who wants to share/sell office. The 1000 ft2 space with very reasonable rent has a corner location, windows in every room, modern atmosphere, and been computerized for many years. The office is located in Lake Forest (Irvine Spectrum neighbor), South Orange County, CA. Dr Burdi is working part-time, holding mostly early hours.
Office has been established in same location for 30 years. Treatments consist primarily of Activator Methods' adjustments, with some category 2 SOT blocking, along with physiotherapy (ultrasound, diathermy, and cryotherapy) for acute care situations. Dr Burdi's wife is a trained massage therapist working Saturdays to provide massages. Wellness and Nutritional programs have been incorporated and are emphasized.
